We distribute consumer chemical cleaning solutions, household cleaners, and industrial concentrates. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our retail customers, commercial buyers, and logistics personnel.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, processed, secured, and retained across our mobile application and backend services.

By registering an account, utilizing the NuKlean app, or purchasing cleaning products through our platform, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

To facilitate user authentication, product orders, and doorstep chemical delivery, we collect the following categories of information:

• Account & Profile Details: Full name, 10-digit Indian mobile number (used for WhatsApp and SMS OTP authentication), and optional email address. If using Google Sign-In, we collect your name and verified email address.
• Delivery & Address Details: Street address, apartment/house details, nearby landmark, city, state, and 6-digit postal PIN code required to route and fulfill deliveries.
• Transaction & Order Details: Information regarding items added to your cart, pack sizes (500ml, 1L, 5L cans, 25kg bulk sacks), invoice amounts, order status, and transaction reference identifiers.
• Notification Device Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration tokens used to deliver real-time order tracking and dispatch alerts to your device.

2. Authentication & Account Access

NuKlean provides secure authentication flows:

• Phone Number & OTP: Login is verified through your registered phone number via temporary One-Time Passwords (OTP) sent through MiniMoth via WhatsApp or SMS fallback.
• Google Sign-In: Secure authentication via Google Identity Services, verified cryptographically on our backend server.
• Stateless JWT Tokens: Sessions are managed using signed JSON Web Tokens (JWT). When you log out, tokens are invalidated and blacklisted.

3. How We Use Your Information

We utilize the collected information strictly for operational and safety compliance purposes:

• To verify accounts and authenticate logins via OTP or Google Sign-In.
• To process, pack, invoice, and deliver cleaning formulations safely to your location.
• To send real-time order confirmations, dispatch updates, and delivery alerts via push notifications.
• To provide customer support and process replacement or return claims.
• To maintain safe and compliant transport of chemical formulations according to Indian regulatory standards.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share details with trusted service providers necessary to operate our platform:

• Payment Gateways: Payment details are processed through PhonePe and Razorpay to complete secure checkout.
• Authentication Partners: Phone numbers are transmitted securely to MiniMoth to dispatch OTP verification messages via WhatsApp/SMS.
• Notifications: Device push tokens are shared with Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) for order status and delivery updates.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Cloud database and container hosting providers operating under encrypted SSL/TLS protocols.
• Legal Compliance: Disclosed only if mandated by Indian law, judicial summons, or regulatory authorities.

5. Security & Data Protection

We employ industry-standard technical and organizational security measures:

• All data transmitted between the App/Website and our backend servers is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) protocols.
• User authentication is managed statelessly using JWTs with strict server-side blacklisting upon logout.
• Database records are isolated in private cloud networks with restricted access controls.

6. User Rights & Account / Data Deletion

Under Indian information technology and privacy regulations, you have full control over your personal data:

• Access and Updates: You can review and update your name, email, and delivery address anytime in the mobile app Profile section.
• Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account directly inside the NuKlean app (Profile → "Delete Account") or by contacting our support team.
• Anonymization: Upon deletion, your personal details (name, email, phone number, address, FCM token) are permanently deleted or anonymized from active databases.
• Data Retention: Invoices and transaction records are retained only as required under Indian taxation and corporate laws.

7. Children's Privacy

NuKlean does not knowingly market to or collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. Our platform offers chemical cleaning supplies, industrial concentrates, and household detergents intended for purchase and handling by adults.
