These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NuKlean mobile application, website, and digital store services (collectively, the "Service"), owned and operated by Prem Chemicals ("we", "us", or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or placing orders. By downloading, accessing, or placing orders on NuKlean, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Account Registration & Authentication

To purchase cleaning products, detailing supplies, or detergents through our platform, you must register a user account:

• You must provide accurate personal details, including your full name, shipping address, and valid 10-digit Indian mobile number.
• Authentication is verified securely through your registered mobile number using OTP verification. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide fraudulent identities or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

2. Safe Handling & Product Usage

As NuKlean manufactures and distributes professional-grade cleaning formulations, concentrated disinfectants, and hygiene chemicals:

• Safety & Storage: You represent that you will handle and store these products safely, in an upright position, and out of reach of children and domestic pets.
• Instructions & Dilutions: We provide dilution calculators and usage instructions for products requiring water mixture. It is your responsibility to follow safety warnings, including wearing protective gloves or eyewear where advised.
• Disclaimer: Prem Chemicals is not responsible for any damage, stain discoloration, surface deterioration, or personal injury resulting from improper chemical dilution, accidental ingestion, or misuse of products.

3. Ordering, Pricing & Secure Payments

All catalog transactions on NuKlean are governed by these terms:

• Pricing & Taxes: Prices listed for all products are in Indian Rupees (INR), include applicable GST, and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment Gateways: Payments must be cleared at checkout using our integrated secure payment gateways (PhonePe / Razorpay) before dispatch. We support UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and digital wallets.
• Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed once payment verification is completed and an order invoice ID is generated.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Service Zones

Delivery parameters and geographic boundaries:

• We deliver orders to active serviceable pincodes in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, and adjoining operational routes as detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
• Real-time status updates are provided inside the NuKlean app. Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to local traffic and weather conditions.
• You must ensure an authorized recipient is available at the provided delivery address to receive the parcel.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Our returns and cancellation guidelines are strictly defined:

• Orders can be cancelled via the app within 1 minute of placement before packing commences.
• Due to safety and chemical hygiene regulations, opened products are non-returnable. Free replacements or full refunds are provided for verified transit damages, leakages, or wrong items reported within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All brand marks, logos, product formulas, trade names ("NuKlean", "Prem Chemicals"), imagery, graphics, UI design, and website/app code are the exclusive intellectual property of Prem Chemicals. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Prem Chemicals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform or products.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
