1. Serviceable Areas & Pincode Verification

We deliver orders across designated serviceable pin codes in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, and surrounding operational regions:

• Automated Pincode Check: Before placing an order on our mobile app or website, our system verifies your delivery pincode to ensure active carrier coverage.
• Unserviceable Locations: If your delivery address falls outside our active logistics perimeter, our platform will notify you before checkout so you are never charged for undeliverable orders.
• Service Zone Expansion: We are continuously adding new delivery pincodes. If your location is currently unserviceable, please reach out to us at support@nuklean.com to inquire about scheduled route expansions.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

All orders are processed and prepared at our central manufacturing facility in Kanpur:

• Order Confirmation: Orders placed Monday through Saturday before 4:00 PM IST are verified and queued for dispatch within 24 to 48 hours.
• Orders on Sundays & Public Holidays: Orders received on Sundays or national/state holidays are processed on the next business day.
• In-App Tracking: As soon as your shipment is dispatched, you will receive real-time status notifications (Order Placed → Processing → Out for Delivery → Delivered) directly inside the NuKlean mobile app.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timelines vary depending on distance from our distribution hub:

• Local Kanpur City Deliveries: Typically delivered within 1 to 2 business days from the time of dispatch.
• Regional / Outstation Deliveries: Typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days depending on road transit conditions and courier schedules.
• Unforeseen Delays: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally experience slight delays due to severe weather, roadblocks, festival traffic, or regulatory transit checks. Our team will proactively inform you if any unforeseen delay occurs.

4. Shipping Charges & Delivery Fees

We ensure transparent and fair delivery rates for all orders:

• Dynamic Calculation: Delivery fees are dynamically computed at checkout based on the total order weight/volume and the distance to your delivery pincode.
• Clear Breakdown: The exact shipping charge is clearly displayed on the checkout screen before you make any payment. There are no hidden fees.
• Bulk & Promotional Free Delivery: Qualifying cart sizes or special promotional orders may be eligible for complimentary free doorstep delivery as indicated during checkout.

5. Safe Transit & Leak-Proof Packaging Standards

Because NuKlean supplies premium liquid formulations and chemical solutions, we adhere to strict packaging safety standards:

• Industrial-Grade Containers: Every product is sealed in high-density polyethylene (HDPE) leak-proof bottles with tamper-evident caps and child-resistant closures where applicable.
• Spill-Safe Cushioning: Shipments are packed in impact-resistant corrugated boxes with internal compartmentalization to prevent tipping or friction during transit.
• Trained Delivery Personnel: Our delivery fleet is trained in safe chemical handling and upright transit protocols.

6. Delivery Attempts & Customer Availability

Guidelines for accepting your delivery:

• Recipient Availability: Please ensure that you or an authorized representative is available at the provided delivery address to receive the parcel.
• Delivery Attempts: Our logistics team will make up to 2 delivery attempts. Delivery personnel will call your registered 10-digit mobile number if they require landmark assistance.
• Non-Delivery / Inaccessible Addresses: If a shipment cannot be delivered after repeated attempts due to an incorrect address or unreachable contact, the order will be returned to our facility. Re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Transit Damage, Leakage, or Missing Items

Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities:

• Immediate Inspection: Please check the external condition of your parcel upon receipt.
• Damaged or Leaking Items: If you receive an item with transit damage or leakage, please notify us within 24 hours at support@nuklean.com or call +91 9682210557 with photos of the damaged package.
• Immediate Free Replacement: Upon verification, we will dispatch a brand-new replacement parcel at zero additional cost to you, as detailed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
