Cancellation & Refund Policy

At NuKlean (Prem Chemicals), we distribute premium retail cleaning solutions, detergents, and car detailing supplies. Because of safety guidelines and the chemical nature of our products, returns and refunds are governed by specific guidelines to ensure safety and consumer satisfaction.

This Cancellation and Refund Policy describes when order cancellations are permitted and how replacements/refunds are processed.

1. Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are subject to the following rules:

• Standard Cancellations: You can cancel your order directly from the mobile app within 1 minute of placing it. A live countdown timer is displayed next to your order details in the app.
• Post-1 Minute Limit: Once the 1-minute window expires, our dispatch team begins packing and loading the items onto delivery vehicles. We cannot accept cancellations after this point.
• Refunds for Cancellations: If you cancel within the 1-minute window, a full refund will be initiated back to your original payment source (UPI/Card/Netbanking) and will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days.

2. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

For safety reasons, general returns of opened or used cleaning products are not accepted once delivered. However, we will gladly issue a free replacement or a full refund in the following cases:

• Transit Damage or Leakage: If the product bottle, trigger spray, or seal is found ruptured, cracked, or leaking upon arrival at your delivery address.
• Incorrect Item Delivery: If the product delivered does not match the items listed on your order invoice.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once your return/replacement claim is verified and approved:

• If you choose a refund instead of a replacement, the money will be sent back to the original payment source used during checkout (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or Netbanking).
• Refunds are processed through our partner gateway (PhonePe) and typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account.
• No cash refunds are provided.
